Isabelle Deloze

Her training :engineering degree in the science and technology of food industries at PolytechMontpellier, doctorate in food and nutrition sciences at the IRD.
Her “life” before Symbiotik : author of several international publications on nutritional issues in developing countries, she switched from research to journalism in 2006 and created the professional journal Nutrition infos, of which she was editor-in-chief. She co-founded Symbiotik in 2009

Her credo : « Zen, let’s stay zen. »

Whether she is bringing a magazine to press or putting the putting the finishing touches to a newsletter, Isabelle’s legendary « zenitude » ¹ ensures there are no false notes when it comes to setting even the craziest project² to music³ .
