Agricultural engineer, freelance writer
Originally afraid of cows¹, Caroline decided to face her fears head-on and developed a passion for the world of livestock farming. She specialized in environmental issues and has cultivated² extensive expertise in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) applied to agricultural and food supply chains. Her mission is to convey societal expectations to industry stakeholders while making the workings of these sectors understandable to the general public—all grounded in solid scientific evidence. What she enjoys most is designing stories and communication approaches tailored to people and situations³.
Her background: an agricultural engineer specializing in environmental sciences and the sociology of sustainable development (AgroToulouse), followed by a career in agricultural journalism and then 14 years as Environment and Societal Issues Manager for the livestock and meat sector at INTERBEV. Today, she works as an independent consultant, supporting the implementation of CSR initiatives, and collaborates with Symbiotik as a freelance writer.
