Passionate about nutrition¹, she is capable of reading a mountain² of scientific publications to stay on top3 of the latest developments in health. Rigorous and deeply interested in epidemiology, she is committed to remaining faithful to the findings of scientific studies in everything she writes.
Her expert perspective on the analysis of clinical studies stems from her academic and professional background: she trained as an agricultural engineer specializing in nutrition and public health (AgroParisTech), complemented by a university diploma in clinical research. After several years in the food industry, she joined the Montpellier University Hospital (CHU) in 2011, where she contributed to the writing of research protocols and scientific publications. Since 2020, she has collaborated with Symbiotik every month as a freelance writer.
